Forty minutes that reset the whole body

Flowpresso combines compression therapy, far-infrared heat and deep pressure stimulation in a full-body suit. Lymph moves, the nervous system settles and recovery accelerates.

Detox and ImmunityAt London Natural Therapies, Cavendish Square

Flowpresso is a non-invasive, multi-modal system worn as a full-body suit. Rhythmic air pressure moves lymph and blood, gentle far-infrared warmth relaxes tissue and a deep pressure sensation shifts the nervous system into rest and repair.

It is an FDA cleared Class II medical device used under professional supervision, and we use it for lymphatic drainage, detox support, athletic recovery and the deep relaxation that chronic stress and illness take away.

How it works

Forty minutes combining compression, far-infrared warmth and deep pressure in the suit. Book weekly for recovery or detox, or as single sessions for relaxation.

  1. 1

    Before you come

Wear light, comfortable clothing. Stay hydrated.

  2. 2

    Suit up

You lie down in the Flowpresso suit, which covers the legs, abdomen, arms and feet.

  3. 3

    Compression

Cyclic pneumatic pressure moves in waves from the extremities towards the core, stimulating lymphatic flow and circulation.

  4. 4

    Far-infrared heat

Gentle warmth penetrates tissue to relax muscles and improve blood flow.

  5. 5

    Deep pressure

A firm, hug-like sensation activates the parasympathetic nervous system so the body moves into rest-and-digest.

  6. 6

    Rest and recovery

Drink water. You may feel lighter and very relaxed.

  7. 7

    Ongoing sessions

Weekly sessions for recovery or detox. Single sessions for relaxation.

What it helps with

Three therapies in one session: compression moves lymph, warmth eases tension, and deep pressure calms the nervous system. These are the benefits clients come to us for.

Wear light clothing and hydrate before your session; most clients fall asleep and wake deeply refreshed.

The science

Pneumatic compression is an established therapy for lymphatic and venous flow, and deep pressure stimulation is well documented for parasympathetic activation. Flowpresso combines them with far-infrared heat in a single regulated device.

Katrin Hempel, Naturopathic Doctor

Flowpresso is the session clients ask to repeat. It does real work on the lymphatic system and it is also the deepest rest many of them get all week.
