What we collect
Through the booking form we collect your full name, email address, telephone number, date of birth, the treatment you are interested in, preferred times and any message you send. In the clinic we hold health records needed to treat you safely.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange and manage appointments, keep accurate clinic records and meet our legal obligations. We rely on your consent for enquiries and on our contract with you and our legitimate interests for treatment records.
Where it goes
Booking form submissions are emailed to the clinic, kept in a secure area of this website that only clinic staff can see, and stored in our practice management system, Pabau. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an appointment are deleted after 12 months. Clinic records are kept for the period required by professional guidance.
