Our aesthetic work follows the same principle as the rest of the clinic: give the body what it needs to repair itself. Instead of freezing muscles or filling lines with synthetic gel, we stimulate collagen, feed the skin with nucleotides and growth factors, and use your own cells where they can do most.
Every treatment uses the original Dermapen device and TargetCool cooling for precision and comfort. Results build over weeks and last because the skin itself has changed.
How it works
Each treatment takes 45 to 90 minutes and combines precision cooling, needling or injection. Results build over weeks without downtime.

Before you come
No retinoids or exfoliating acids for 3 days. Come without make up.

We assess texture, tone, laxity and concerns, and agree a treatment plan.

Preparation and cooling
Skin is cleansed and TargetCool is used to numb and calm the area.

Treatment
Microneedling, polynucleotide injection, exosomes or VSELs are delivered according to your plan. Cooling keeps it comfortable, with mild pressure only.

Aftercare
Cooling reduces redness and swelling; you leave with simple aftercare and homecare advice.

Recovery and results
Pinkness lasts a few hours to a day. Avoid make up and sun for 24 hours.

The science
Polynucleotides and microneedling have a growing evidence base in regenerative dermatology, with studies showing improvement in elasticity, hydration and wrinkle depth. Ameela is a viscoelastic, sterile, fully absorbable polynucleotide formulation.
I want skin to look like healthy skin, not treated skin. Feeding it with polynucleotides, exosomes and your own cells does that in a way fillers never will.
Questions about aesthetic treatments
Do you offer Botox or fillers?
No. Our aesthetic treatments are regenerative. The nearest thing to a filler we offer is bio plasma filler, made from your own blood.
Is microneedling painful?
With TargetCool cooling most clients describe it as mild pressure. Depth is adjusted to your skin and tolerance.
What are polynucleotides?
Purified fragments of DNA that signal fibroblasts to make collagen and elastin and bind water in the skin. Ameela and Nucleofill are the brands we use.
How long do results last?
Because the treatments change the skin itself, results build over two to three months and last with maintenance every three to six months.
Can treatments be combined?
Yes. Microneedling with exosomes, polynucleotides with a collagen IV, or a VSELs facial after EBO2 are common combinations.
