Exosomes, delivered where they work
Nano-sized messengers from stem cells carry the proteins and growth factors that tell skin and scalp to repair. TargetCool cooling calms the tissue and drives them deeper.
Exosomes are tiny vesicles released by stem cells. They carry genetic information, proteins and growth factors between cells, and they are how tissue coordinates repair. Applied to the skin or scalp after microneedling, they signal collagen production, calm inflammation and wake dormant follicles.
We use the E50 exosome range, sourced from organic salmon, and pair every treatment with TargetCool. Its precise CO2 cooling reduces inflammation and discomfort and improves absorption, so more of the exosomes reach the tissue that needs them.
How it works
A one-hour session of microneedling followed by E50 exosome application, with TargetCool cooling throughout to reduce discomfort and improve absorption.
- 1
Before you come
Arrive without make up. Avoid retinoids for 3 days.
- 2
Assessment
We assess your skin or scalp and agree the areas to treat.
- 3
Preparation
The skin is cleansed and microneedled to open channels for delivery.
- 4
Exosomes and cooling
E50 exosomes are applied and TargetCool cooling is used to reduce inflammation and push the product deeper.
- 5
Homecare
E50 homecare products extend the result between sessions.
- 6
Rest and recovery
Expect pinkness for a few hours. Avoid make up for 24 hours.
- 7
Treatment course
Skin requires three sessions four weeks apart. Hair typically needs three to four sessions over three months.
What it helps with
Exosomes signal collagen production, calm inflammation and wake dormant follicles. Results are visible in skin brightness, firmness and hair density.
Avoid retinoids for three days before your appointment and arrive without make up.

The science
Exosome research has grown rapidly in regenerative dermatology. Clinical series show improvement in skin texture, pigmentation and hair density when exosomes are delivered after microneedling.

TargetCool changed our exosome results. Cooling the tissue as we work means less inflammation, less discomfort and far better absorption.
Questions about exosome therapy
Where do the exosomes come from?
The E50 range is derived from organic salmon stem cells and contains the growth factors and proteins that drive repair.
Does it hurt?
Microneedling creates mild pressure. TargetCool cooling reduces discomfort considerably and most clients find it easy.
How many sessions do I need?
Skin usually responds to three sessions a month apart. Hair typically needs three to four sessions over three months, with homecare in between.
When will I see results?
Skin looks brighter within days and firmer over six to eight weeks. Hair changes appear from around twelve weeks.
Can I combine exosomes with other treatments?
Yes. Copper peptide, a collagen boosting IV or a VSELs facial can be added to build a fuller regenerative plan.
